We are a sheeted dough manufacturer with filling capabilities. On our state-of-the-art Fritsch Easyline machine commissioned in October 2020, a wide variety of artisan bakery products can be produced. Cut, folded, coiled, filled or punched products – the possibilities are endless.
All products are oven baked in the latest model rotating Sveba Dahlen ovens, for baked perfection.
We offer a large variety of shapes, from shards, long crackers, triangles, squares, rectangles, crispbreads etc. Other shapes can be done but require customized cutters.
(Please note we are not a Gluten Free Facility or offer batter manufacturing.)
